Luxury Accelerators is an innovation program spanning 4 to 12 months, designed to empower established startups in specific areas. During the intensive 5-month acceleration phase, startups receive tailored training, mentorship, and access to global VC and CVC networks. Together with corporate partners, we create a Proof of Concept (POC) roadmap with precise KPI tracking. Each program concludes with a Demo Day (LVG INVESTORS DAY), showcasing startup progress to potential partners and investors. PHASE 1 – STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT

In Phase 1 of Luxury Accelerators, we embark on a journey of strategic alignment with our partner. Together, we meticulously select challenges and issues that align with the global strategic priorities of the luxury sector. This phase is not just about identifying problems; it’s about building a strong ecosystem of startups, investors, and corporate executives. We aim to generate new industry-specific commercial opportunities while enhancing our collective speed to market. Additionally, we work collaboratively to define the format of our collaboration and determine financial involvement, whether it’s through grants, initial investments, seed funding, or equity percentages. Phase 1 sets the stage for a transformative journey of innovation and partnership within the luxury sector.

 

PHASE 2 – SCOUTING, SELECTION, ACCELERATION, AND INNOVATION INTENSIVE

In Phase 2 of Luxury Accelerators, the program encompasses scouting and selection in addition to the intensive 5-month acceleration journey. This phase begins with the scouting and selection of startups that align with the luxury sector’s strategic priorities. Once selected, these startups embark on an innovation-intensive journey, receiving tailored training and mentorship, participating in design thinking sprints, and engaging in strategic matchmaking with global venture capital firms (VCs) and corporate venture capitalists (CVCs). Collaboratively, we set up a Proof of Concept (POC) roadmap with a rigorous KPI tracking process to measure progress and success. Throughout this phase, startups refine their solutions, iterate on their business models, and prepare for market entry.

 

PHASE 3 – PARTNER COLLABORATION AND TRANSFORMATIVE SHOWCASE

Phase 3 of Luxury Accelerators represents the pinnacle of our program’s impact. Over the next 5 months, startups engage in an intensive acceleration program that includes a meticulously tailored training and mentorship curriculum, dynamic design thinking sprints, and strategic matchmaking with global venture capital firms (VCs), corporate venture capitalists (CVCs), and our accelerator partners. During this phase, in close collaboration with our corporate partner, we co-create a Proof of Concept (POC) roadmap with a comprehensive KPI tracking process, ensuring measurable progress and success.

The journey reaches its zenith with an exceptional event known as “Demo Day.” This event serves as a platform for startups to demonstrate their incredible progress and growth to a select audience of esteemed partners and investors. It’s an opportunity to showcase the transformative impact of collaboration, innovation, and sustainability within the luxury sector. Demo Day not only highlights the achievements of our startups but also solidifies the foundation for enduring partnerships that drive innovation and shape the future of the luxury industry.
